Our kiln-dried firewood is ultra dry (under 15% moisture), meaning faster ignition, higher heat, and a cleaner, more consistent burn — all essential for that perfect pizza cook. With no added chemicals or accelerants, just pure hardwood, you get a natural flame and a crisp, charred crust every time.

Wood Options Explained

Birch: Quick ignition and fast heat-up - perfect for thin pizzas and speedy cooks. Great for Gozney & Ooni ovens.
Ash: Balanced burn and consistent temperature control – ideal for family-style pizza sessions.
Oak: Long, steady burn with rich embers – perfect for slower Neapolitan-style cooking or large parties.

All logs are kiln-dried hardwood, cut to approx. 25cm length to fit most pizza ovens with ease.

Delivered with Care

Your pizza oven wood is delivered in a set of 3 compact, fully recyclable boxes — neatly packed inside a sturdy outer box for cleaner transport and easier handling. Each box holds around 8–10kg of kiln-dried hardwood, cut to fit most domestic and professional pizza ovens.

There’s no plastic anywhere in the packaging — just cardboard and burnable paper tape. Stack the boxes by your oven or bring one straight into the kitchen, ready for your next cook.
